5. What Do We Do with the Collected Personal Data?

Hidravlon-1 processes your personal data via electronic means of recording and storing information or by supporting paper records. All electronic and paper media containing personal data are protected by appropriate organizational and technical measures as required to prevent accidental or willful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or distribution, as well as other illegal forms of processing.

Your personal data in electronic form is stored by Hidravlon-1 on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria on servers with restricted access located in secured premises whose security measures are subject to ongoing verification. Servers are protected by antivirus software, firewall, and more.

Hidravlon-1 stores your personal data in electronic form and on cloud systems from reliable suppliers. The servers of these companies may be located within the EU in countries for which there is a European Commission Decision on the adequate level of protection but also in countries for which there is no such decision. The guarantees for your protection in the latter case are provided in accordance with the companys binding business rules. If you want to know which providers are keeping your data, you can take advantage of your rights under point 7 of the "What Are Your Rights?" section.

In connection with the execution of service contracts, Hidravlon-1 provides your personal data to third parties. These may include carriers, contractors, and partners from global and European logistics networks, both within and outside the European Economic Area. In the latter case, Hidravlon-1 is committed to providing your data only to contract-related individuals containing standard personal data protection policies approved by the European Commission unless this is an obstacle to the performance of the service you requested (e.g., most countries based in Asia do not have the same level of personal data protection regulations as in Europe).

In some cases, we may have an obligation to provide information to the competent state authorities, which we are obliged by law to comply with.

We do not provide your information to third parties for use by them for marketing purposes.

6. How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?

We store your data for the term specified in the applicable regulatory requirements. If no such time limit is specified, your data will be destroyed after the purposes for which they were collected are fulfilled.
