KEY INFORMATION (AT A GLANCE)
Here are the essentials you should know before we begin work:
Initial Quotes: Initial quotes cover labor costs only. The cost of spare parts and consumables is determined following a detailed diagnosis and disassembly of the equipment.
Prices excluding VAT: The prices listed in the quote do not include VAT. Applicable VAT will be added to the final invoice in accordance with current legislation.
Standard warranty: All repairs performed by us carry a warranty period of 40 calendar days following installation, but no more than 60 days from the date of issue.
Additional work: Any additional tasks arising during the repair process will be proposed separately and carried out only upon your express approval.
Payment terms: Full payment for the service performed and parts used is required before the machine leaves our service center.
Advance payment for parts: We require 100% advance payment for high-value spare parts and those with long lead times.
Scheduling: Due to our busy schedule, we can typically schedule a repair within approximately 2–3 weeks. We offer expedited service options for urgent cases. GETTING STARTED (HOW THE REPAIR PROCESS WORKS)
The workflow at Hydrauliclon is structured into several clear stages to ensure maximum efficiency and transparency:
Contact us: Submit a repair request providing a brief description of the issue, photos of the equipment (if possible), serial numbers, technical documentation (if available), and your preferred start dates.
Initial consultation/assessment: Our specialist will contact you to coordinate the logistics of transporting the machine to our service center and to discuss the equipment’s key specifications.
Intake and disassembly: Upon receiving the machine at our facility, we perform a detailed diagnostic and disassembly process to determine the exact extent of the damage and identify the necessary parts.
Labor quote: Before disassembly begins, you will receive a detailed quote covering only the labor costs required to resolve the issue.
Quote for parts and additional work: Following disassembly and diagnostics, we will provide a separate quote for the necessary spare parts, consumables, and any potential additional work.
Approval and parts ordering: Once you approve the quotes, we proceed with ordering the necessary parts. For high-value items with long lead times, an advance payment will be required. Repair and Testing: Our qualified technicians perform the repairs, after which the machine undergoes rigorous testing to ensure functionality and reliability in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the agreed-upon repair criteria.
Invoicing and Payment: Upon successful completion of the repairs and testing, we issue a final invoice. Payment is required prior to the handover of the machine, unless a separate agreement has been made with us.
Handover and Follow-up: Your machine is ready for handover. Within 2–3 weeks thereafter, we will contact you to ensure everything is operating flawlessly.
Warranty Terms: We provide a standard 40-day warranty on all repairs performed by us, effective from the date of installation and commissioning (or up to 60 days from the date the machine leaves the service center, whichever comes first), provided that all technical operating conditions for your equipment are met. We recommend reviewing the full text of the warranty terms and validity requirements.
Extended Warranties: You have the option to extend the scope and duration of the warranty through our subscription maintenance plans or by purchasing additional warranty packages.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Q: Why do I initially receive a quote for labor only?
A: Until we disassemble and diagnose the machine, it is impossible to know exactly which spare parts and consumables will be required. This approach ensures maximum price transparency and prevents overcharging.
Q: Are parts included in the initial quote?
A: No, parts and materials are quoted and invoiced separately once the diagnosis has been performed and the specific types and quantities have been determined.
Q: How is VAT applied?
A: All prices we provide exclude VAT. VAT is added to the final invoice in accordance with applicable legislation.
Q: What is the warranty on the repairs performed?
A: Our standard warranty is 2 months. For your convenience, we also offer subscription packages that can extend the warranty period. Please ask us for more information.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Payment must be made in full before the machine leaves our service center. For expensive parts with long lead times, we require 100% payment in advance. In certain cases, we may negotiate different terms tailored to you, subject to the signing of a supplementary agreement.
Q: How soon can the repair of my machine begin?
A: We are usually able to schedule a repair in about two weeks, as our service center operates at high capacity most of the time. If the matter is urgent, please contact us to discuss expedited service options.
Q: What happens if an additional issue is discovered during the repair?
A: In such a case, we will notify you immediately and send a separate quote for the additional work. We will proceed only after receiving your explicit approval.
PREPARATION BEFORE HANDING OVER THE MACHINE
To ensure a fast and efficient repair, please prepare the following before bringing in the machine:
Documentation:
Available technical documentation (drawings, service manuals, specifications).
Serial numbers and the exact machine model.
Photos of visible damage (if any) to assist with a preliminary assessment.
Safety and Preparation:
Ensure the machine is secured and deactivated for transport.
If the machine contains hazardous fluids or materials, please notify us in advance.
Clean off any external dirt or debris to facilitate the diagnostic process (and to avoid additional charges for equipment cleaning at our facility).
Thank you for choosing HYDRAVLON-1. We value your trust and strive to return your machines to a safe, operational state as quickly as possible, with attention to detail, transparent communication, and clear, honest pricing. CONTACT INFORMATION
