Hydravlon-1 was established in 1991 in Varna and for more than three decades has been a proven partner to shipowners, operators, and ship repair enterprises when it comes to the repair, restoration, and servicing of marine hydraulic equipment.

Our team consists of specialists with decades of practical experience in servicing onboard hydraulic systems – from cranes, steering gear, and winches to lifeboat davits, hydraulic cylinders, and hatch cover manipulators. We have deep knowledge of equipment from leading manufacturers such as HYDROSTER, MITSUBISHI, KAWASAKI/STAFFA, IHI, NMF, ROLLS-ROYCE FRYDENBO, HÄGGLUNDS, MacGREGOR, NORWINCH, BOSCH REXROTH, LINDE, HYDAC, ORSTA, SAUER-DANFOSS, PARKER-HANNIFIN, and many others.

Our key competencies:

• Full diagnostics and adjustment of marine hydraulic systems – on-site or at our service base.

• Emergency repairs and preventive maintenance of cranes, steering mechanisms, hydraulic controls, winches, and hubs.

• Overhaul and restoration of cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves.

• Production of new hydraulic components according to drawings or samples, including: Custom hydraulic cylinders;  Cylinder components (pistons, rods, pipes, glands, seals); Valve-blocks, (manifolds, housings and built-in parts); Complete powerpacks and HPU’s

• On-site manufacturing of hydraulic and fuel hoses, up to 2-1/2″ diameter, with fast turnaround times. Supply of hoses up to 6″ diameter on request.
