CNC turning of large-sized parts with high complexity

Our latest investment, a high-tech turning center from CMZ (Spain), provides the ability to process workpieces with a diameter of up to 550 mm and a length of up to 3200 mm. The machine features live tooling for milling operations, Y-axis and emulated C-axis for machining complex shapes, a laser measurement and compensation system, and high thermal stability, ensuring exceptional accuracy in large-scale detailing.

This technology enables us to serve industries where precision and reliability are critical:

CNC milling with high precision

In addition, our DMG-MORI 3-axis milling center provides precision machining of workpieces weighing up to 600 kg and dimensions up to 550×550×510 mm. The machine is equipped with an integrated system for measuring finished parts, guaranteeing accuracy even with complex geometries.
